Food is memory. When I cook Kyrgyz dishes like beshbarmak, manty, or samsa, I feel close to my mother’s kitchen. The smell of dough, onion, and warm broth brings me back to my childhood.
Cooking is not only about eating — it is a language of love. Through food, I share my story, my country, and my gratitude.
Every dish carries a message: “Remember who you are, and never forget where you come from.”
